By accessing or using the website of Bhulega Nahi Resolve ("we", "us", "our"), or by booking any consultation service, you ("Client", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Our Services

Bhulega Nahi Resolve provides insurance claim consultation services on a subscription/session basis. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Expert guidance on insurance claim processes for Fire, Health, Motor, Industrial, Marine, and Non-Standard claims
• Review and assessment of claim documents and insurance policies
• Strategic advice to maximise insurance claim payouts
• Assistance in preparing, filing, and following up on insurance claims
• Negotiation strategy and representation advice with insurance companies
• Post-consultation follow-up support (as per the selected plan)

Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a resident of India or have a valid Indian insurance policy
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during booking and consultation
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You must not be using our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements or who violates these terms.

Booking & Payments

All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through our official website. The following plans are currently available:

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹)
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment and email confirmation
• We do not store your card or banking details on our servers
• In case of a payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If deducted, it will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days by Razorpay

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Consultation Conduct

To ensure a productive and professional consultation experience, both parties agree to the following:

• Clients must join the consultation on time. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals
• Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their insurance claim and policy
• Sharing false, misleading, or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services without refund
• Recording of consultation sessions without prior written consent from both parties is prohibited
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards our consultants will result in immediate termination of the session without refund
• The advice provided during consultation is based solely on the information shared by the client during the session

Disclaimer of Liability

Our consultation services are provided on a best-effort, advisory basis. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, settlement amount, or claim approval from your insurance company
• We are not liable for any decisions made by insurance companies, surveyors, or regulatory authorities regarding your claim
• We are not responsible for any loss, financial or otherwise, arising from your reliance on our consultation advice
• Our liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific consultation session
• We are not a substitute for legal advice — for legal disputes, please consult a qualified advocate

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Bhulega Nahi Consulting and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission
• Consultation materials, strategies, and reports shared during sessions are for your personal use only
• You may not use our brand name, logo, or identity for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Feedback or suggestions you share with us may be used to improve our services without obligation or compensation to you

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during your consultation as strictly confidential. Both parties agree to the following confidentiality obligations:

• All documents, claim details, policy information, and personal data shared by you will be kept strictly confidential
• We will not disclose your information to any third party except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy
• Our consultants are bound by confidentiality agreements and professional ethics
• You agree not to share or publish any specific strategic advice given during your session without our written consent

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872
• The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) guidelines

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Himachal Pradesh, India. We encourage amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings — please contact us first.
